In case you need to call a taxi, the following steps could be of some help:

2. Write down or keep in mind the name of the persons who answers your call.

3. Give the exact hotel address.

4. Give the exact time when you need to be picked up.

5. If you are not pleased with the service received, you may call 9853546.

All of our guests have available a Monday trough Friday transportation service
completely free. From 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM a minivan leaves the hotel following a
specific path (please ask what is the path) where most of our guest usually work
in the metropolitan area. In case of a guest need to be dropped out of the daily
route, it would be an extra charge of US$5. Transportation at other different hours
during the day will be attended for us or the public transportation available in the
city.

We also offer deliveries to the airport for an extra charge of US$10 one way. The
guests needing this service would have to reserve it a day in advance.
